Currently, she published 4 SCOPUS indexed, 1 ABDC Category and UGC Research papers in international level journals. Her areas of interest are: Research Methodology, HR Operations, HR Audit, HR Policies, etc.

Prof. Poornima Sehrawat is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Pune Institute of Business Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. form NIT, Surat. She is having overall 14 years of experience. She has published many more papers in national and international level journals. Her areas of interest are: Talent Acquisition and Psychometric Assessment.

Dr. Rajasshrie Pillai is presently working as a Professor, Dean - Research and Development, HOD - HR, at Pune Institute of Business Management. She is currently pursuing post-doctoral from IIT Kharagpur. She is having overall 20 years of experience. She is certified trainer by Indian Society of Training and Development. She has published 20+ research papers in SCOPUS indexed and ABDC indexed international level journals. Her main areas of interest are : HR Analytics, Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management.
