About The Author

Prof. S. Subhashchandra, is Vice Principal in Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai and an expert Counsellor in Arbitration matters. The author has vast experience of 12 years in teaching field. He has conducted various Seminars and Moot Courts. Besides, he is also a visiting faculty in Department of Law, Mumbai University, delivering lectures to LL.M. students.

Adv. Sushilkumar Gupta, is an Engineering Graduate in Construction Engineering with post qualification experience of over 25 years in the construction and Project Management of Projects like Metro Rail, Mono Rail, Railways, Bridges, Highways, Expressways and Infrastructure projects in and outside India. The author is practising Contracts from last 19 years. Besides above, the author has rich experience of over 8 years in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism. The author is also a Law Graduate and an Arbitrator.
