About The Author

The author of the book "Basics of R and Data Analysis in Research", Dr. Bapan Kalita is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, The Assam Royal Global University. He is a former Assistant Professor in Royal School of Commerce, Guwahati. He is also a former Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in K.C. Das Commerce College, Guwahati. Besides, he has the experience of teaching in DOEACC-B level as a visiting faculty in AMTRON. He has Master of Science Degrees in Statistics and Mathematics. He did his M.Phil. in Statistics and did the Ph.D. in Mathematics. He has undergone a course on Machine Learning from Stanford University and a course on Python from MIT. He has worked with more than 15 Ph.D. scholars. He has many research papers in reputed journals.
