About The Author

Ms Madhuchhanda after a brilliant academic career has been a faculty in Engineering Colleges, and Sainik School and is presently a Faculty and Resource person in English for Navodaya Vidyalaya in Chattisgarh, M.P, and Orissa. She is engaged in career-counselling and personality development programme for the tribal children. She is committed to research in English language teaching in Navodaya Vidyalaya. She is co-author of A Dictionary of Business Quotations.

Prof. (Dr.) Kishore C. Padhy is a respected teacher, widely published author and expert in areas of HRM, Training and Organizational Development and Personal development skills. He is Professor Emeritus of Management and Director of Institute of Management and Information Science (IMIS), Bhubaneswar. While being a senior executive in State Bank of India, he was associated with management of change, training and development, organisational behaviour and interpersonal effectiveness for over two decades. As a Corporate Trainer4, he has been closely associated with the Group Discussion and Interview Process. He has conducted training programmes for each organisation as Bank, Steel, Public Utility, Information and Broadcasting.

Dr. Padhy has published more than 27 books on areas like Management, Economics, Banking and Self-development including A to Z of Time management, How to succeed anywhere and everywhere, How to get along with the people, Banking fables, Service with a smile, and A dictionary of business quotations.

A Ph.D with a post-doctoral dissertation in Economics, Dr. Padhy is honoured with Sir Purushottamdas Thakurdas Memorial Prize and Rotary Fellowship of International Understanding.

On the personal side Dr. Padhy is married to Jyotsnarani and is a father of two – a daughter who loves tribal children and is on a mission to upgrade their talents in Navodaya Vidyalaya and a son who follows banking profession, in central bank for a change. Dr. Padhy is a poet, short story writer and dramatist in Oriya. He has a passion for reading and writing. He and his wife live in Bhubaneswar near the historic caves of Khandagiri where he practices the art of neotony (energetic and joyful living).
